Candidates must have
a minimum qualification of Matric/Grade 12 Certificate and 3 to 5 years’
experience in conveyancing, more specifically experience in property transfers.
The ideal candidate
must be fluent in English and Afrikaans, must be able to work well under
pressure, have excellent report-back and client communication skills as well as
typing skills and be able to meet target deadlines.
further needs to
be familiar with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Ghostconvey (LexisNexis) and AJS
or similar software.
responsibility areas will be the registration of property transfers, estate-
and related transactions.
previously disadvantaged communities will be afforded preference.
