The firm has recently had the pleasure of hosting two promising candidates for our vacation program held over a two-week period.
The candidates each had the opportunity to work hands-on with our directors and associate attorneys by accompanying them to court, attending disciplinary hearings and sitting in on consultations with clients. The candidates were also rotated between different departments and assigned tasks that were designed to assess each candidate’s strengths and interests and allow the Directors to gauge the ease with which the candidates were able to integrate into the firm’s pace and culture.
