ANNUAL WINTER ESTATE AGENT SUPPORT SEMINAR

On 26 July 2022 DBM Attorneys had the distinct pleasure of hosting our Annual Winter Estate Agent Support Seminar at Blackrock Casino. We covered an array of property related topics such as the recent implementation of the Property Practitioner’s Act and its impact on the property sector, the consequences of lease agreements that contravene zoning provisions, as well as interesting case law developments relating to when the ownership of a half share of immovable property will vest in a spouse after divorce. The seminar was well attended by a number of local estate agents and proved to be a great success! We wish to extend our immense gratitude for all those who were in attendance and look forward to hosting our next support seminar soon.
