Charmaine is a director of the firm. Charmaine specialises in dispute resolution and family law.
Charmaine was employed by the Department of Justice in Newcastle since 1984 and also served as the Clerk of the Civil Court until 2001.
Driven by the passion to become an attorney, she then started her legal studies in 2008 and obtained her LL.B Degree from the University of South Africa.
Charmaine is an attorney and recently has been admitted as a conveyancer.
Charmaine is the proud mother of three and enjoys spending quality time with family and friends.
She also has a passion for reading and cooking.
Her practice includes litigation in the High Court and Magistrate's Court. Charmaine brings with her invaluable experience in the areas of matrimonial disputes and divorces as well as custody and children's law issues as well as asset-based finance recoveries within the educational, medical and corporate environment.
Charmaine also manages the debt collection department.
